Coopers Consulting recognizes the paradox that change is the only constant in organizations. Although a significant amount of change that occurs in organizations is driven by technology, almost all of it has some effect on the people who work there. It is important to understand the effects of change on people, develop action plans that will reduce the negative effects of change and provide opportunities for the organization to build commitment, with their people, to the new way of functioning.
