Organization Development is primarily focused on creating organizations
where people can be most effective and efficient. It is about building
commitment. It is focused on the organization's most important asset,
its people.
Coopers Consulting believes organizational structure and people management
are critical factors in creating a high performing organization; we
are committed to helping organizations examine their human resource
systems, identify opportunities for improvement and establish implementation
processes that will be successful. We develop and implement management
development programs at all management and supervisory levels. We
provide Executive Coaching and support the development of more effective
organizational cultures.
Coopers Consulting recognizes the paradox that change is the only
constant in organizations. Although a significant amount of change
that occurs in organizations is driven by technology, almost all of
it has some effect on the people who work there. It is important to
understand the effects of change on people, develop action plans that
will reduce the negative effects of change and provide opportunities
for the organization to build commitment, with their people, to the
new way of functioning.
